Focus:  Analogous Colors:  Colors that are next to each other on the color wheel.  Analyze the color schemes of the two paintings below.  Which one is an example of an analogous color scheme?

Objectives:
  • Demo for Texture assignment.
  • Select a piece of cut fruit for your texture quiz (get approved).
  • Create a texture palette & rebuild the fruit image using the magic wand tool and self-made textures.
  • Upload finished assignments to http://www.flickr.com/photos/bthsd18cream/
  • Choose image for animal zentangle (get approved by Mrs. Cream)
  • Create a contour line drawing of your animal using the pen tool (path). 
  • Separate your drawing into smaller section and create a zentangle design though out your image.
  • Focus on pattern, repetition, rhythm , movement and texture.  
  • Choose a color scheme that compliments your design and animal.

Closure: Analyze this image.  What is the color scheme?
